Time Heals, but It Also Refills

Healing isn’t just about the passage of time; it’s about how we use that time. Pain doesn’t vanish—it transforms. If we don’t process our wounds, time will simply layer new experiences on top, allowing unresolved hurt to resurface in unexpected ways.
Time is often seen as the great healer, but it is also a mirror—reflecting what we have truly processed and what still lingers beneath the surface. If we don’t confront our pain, time doesn’t remove it; it merely pushes it aside until it resurfaces in another form. Healing requires more than just waiting—it demands self-awareness, inner work, and intentional growth.
"Time doesn’t just heal—it tests. Heal properly, or the past will repeat itself. – Kane83"
